Overview

Mother’s Day Blend is a seasonal coffee built for mornings that feel a little more intentional. It brings together the calm, caramel-leaning foundation of our famous Saskatchewan house blend in a new, smooth secret blend. The result is comfort-forward, chocolate-toned, and clean, with enough sweetness to hold its own in milk drinks and enough depth to stay satisfying black.

This isn’t a novelty coffee. It’s a “make the morning count” coffee.

Flavor

Aroma: caramel sweetness, light roast warmth, dark cocoa
Taste: caramel + toasted nut backbone, dark-chocolate finish, controlled acidity

The cup opens smooth and sweet, moves into a steady nutty middle, and lands with a darker cocoa/chocolate finish that lingers without getting heavy or bitter.

Roasted in Saskatchewan on an Italian Officine Vittoria double-drum roaster in approximately 100 lb batches (yielding about 80 lb roasted). Roast time typically runs 6–10 minutes depending on profile. After roasting, coffee is cooled quickly with air and a light water mist, rested 24–48 hours to degas, and packaged when it’s roughly 48 hours off roast.

Coffee is roasted to order, not to fill a warehouse.
